2 Corinthians 1:3-4 (June 17, 2025)

Finding Comfort in God – 2 Corinthians 1:3–4 (KJV)

“Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.” – 2 Corinthians 1:3–4 (KJV)

In times of pain and uncertainty, we are reminded in 2 Corinthians 1:3–4 that God is the God of all comfort. He sees our trials, meets us in our suffering, and pours out His mercy when we need it most. But this comfort isn’t just for us to hold—it’s meant to be shared. As God consoles us, He equips us to comfort others going through their own storms. This powerful truth reveals God’s heart not just for healing, but for community, compassion, and purpose in the midst of our pain.

Let 2 Corinthians 1:3–4 be a reminder today: Your testimony of God’s comfort can be someone else’s breakthrough.
